The Tampa team treated 50 key hiring managers to a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game.
The event served as an opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to our clients and to network with hiring managers outside of the office environment.
The Tampa crew and their clients sat in the special Papa John’s Bull Pen where there was food, drinks and talk of hiring plans.

The Chicago team recently attended a networking fair hosted by Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. This employer is a government sponsored bank and part of the largest collective source of home mortgage and community credit in the United States.
During the fair the team met with all of FHLBC’s hiring managers at the bank in downtown Chicago. This informal setting was the perfect opportunity to find out more about the culture of the company. Knowing what type of candidate will be a good fit with the team helps the recruiters make the best match.
Bryan Myers and Veronica Cano, recruiters in the Chicago office spoke in detail with hiring managers about recruiting plans and interview processes, including targeting the right talent for the business.
The team were also able to get a good handle on the company structure and growth opportunities. Showcasing the succession plans is an effective way for recruiters to promote the company to prospective candidates. The Dallas team recently attended the MTBC’s Annual Golf Tournament. The Metroplex Technology Business Council is the largest tech trade association in Texas and hosted this event to bring together tech companies from all across the state.
136 golfers from telecom and software companies turned out and the Dallas team spent the day speaking with hiring managers and industry leaders to get to know their businesses or find out how they can help support their hiring plans.

The Dallas group gave staffing advice on talent attraction strategies, including tips on interviewing techniques and how to successfully host an employer open house. They even provided a little advice on how to par the hole or a birdie!
The Dallas crew sponsored hole #5 of, Master’s winner, Jordan Speith’s home course and many of the players were seen sporting Veredus sunglasses.
